APPRAISAL EXPERIENCE


	Since 1975, I have been an appraiser and a reviewer for real estate and business appraisals
 prepared by others.  I have reviewed on an independent fee basis and reports prepared by Anthony F. Mollica,
 MAI; James R. Horner, MAI; Terrence B. Arnold, MAI; David R. Hatcher, MAI; John D. Duros, MAI; 
Gregory S. Camburn, MAI; James K. Rush, MAI; and Thomas R. Horner, MAI.  Property types analyzed and 
appraised include multi-family properties, commercial buildings, industrial buildings, commercial land, 
industrial land, condominiums, and other special purpose buildings.  Assignments include analysis of data 
selection, comparison and analysis of valuation support in compliance with the Uniform Standards of 
Professional Appraisal Practices, and report clarity and contents.  I have also performed business valuation 
services - the valuation of stock in closely held corporations.
