1973 to 1978, appraiser for the State of Ohio, Division of Administrative Services, Bureau 
of Real Estate.  1978 to 1992, independent fee appraiser associated with Nash-Wilson Associates,
Inc., David Hatcher Associates, Inc., Earl Liff Realty, all of Columbus,  Porter Associates of 
Toledo and Andrako Associates in Cleveland.


EXPERIENCE - REAL ESTATE


I have completed appraisals which include the valuation of single-family residences, 
condominiums, multi-family projects, commercial buildings, office buildings, industrial 
buildings, commercial land, industrial land, churches, service stations, hospitals, 
railroads, bowling alleys, schools, nursing homes, golf courses, quarries, single-family 
residential developments, industrial parks, recreational facilities, fast-food (multiple 
outlets) restaurants, office parks, hotels, motels, environmentally impacted properties, 
bank buildings  and strip shopping centers.
