EXPERIENCE - REAL ESTATE

	I was licensed as a real estate salesperson in 1955.  In 1961, I entered the real estate brokerage and appraisal profession in Columbus, Ohio, and have since been operating as an independent fee appraiser.  Since 1961, I have completed over six thousand appraisals which include the valuation of single-family residences, condominiums, multi-family projects, commercial buildings, office buildings, industrial buildings, commercial land, industrial land, churches, service stations, hospitals, railroads, bowling alleys, schools, nursing homes, race tracks, golf courses, quarries, single-family residential developments, industrial parks, recreational facilities, fast-food (multiple outlets) restaurants, office parks, hotels, motels, wetlands, environmentally impacted properties, airports, bank buildings, strip shopping centers and regional shopping malls.
